Cooking really isn't for everyone

So I attempted to make the creamy avocado pasta but was extremely unsuccessful.

First, I went to the store to buy all the ingredients. I got the avocados, tomatoes, garlic, and lemon juice. I had everything else. I was really excited because it was my first "real" meal in the apartment I was going to make. And it was our roommate night so I was cooking for Caitlin and Courtney so I wanted it to be delicious. I love cooking for other people more than I like cooking for myself. Weird, but I'm a giver, what can I say?

So after I have all of the ingredients, I remember that we don't have a food processor at home, so I go over to the kitchen appliances section in Wal Mart and get one. I bought one that was like $20. I tried to call my mom to see if this would work for what I was using it for, but she didn't answer her phone. She never answers... I could have been dying and she would have just missed that call. Oh well

Anyways, so since she didn't answer, I decided to go ahead and get it. I mean, I can always take it back if I decide I don't want it.

Here is a list of everything that went wrong that night:
Food processor didn't work.
Avocados were not ripe yet.
Courtney cut her finger.

Needless to say, we brought out the canned Alfredo sauce.
